Resolution No. 13 /2022-23Resolution No. 13 /2022-23 Item No. 05 Fix the fees structure of Shaan Education Society’s Guardian College of Education (B.Ed), Kondhwa Kh. Pune for Academic Year 2022-23 It is unanimously decided In the meeting of Trustee’s of Shaan Education Society, Pune held on Friday, 21/10/2022 at 11.00 a.m. at Shaan Education Society’s office , NIBM-Kondhwa Road, Kondhwa Kh, Pune-411048. The following was unanimously passed. 1. Gazette notification by NCTE dated 25/08/2010, Amendment to the NCTE Regulation 2002 sub regulation 4(B) (C) (iV); which read as follows:- “iv) Each Minority institution shall be entitled to have its own fee structure subject to the condition that there would be no profiteering and capitation fee. They may keep provision for reasonable surplus for future extension of the institution.” 2. Government of Maharashtra Circular Nyayapra-1117/Pra.Kra.12/Mashi-2 Dated 31/12/2019 The internal pay fixation committee fixed the fees as follows:- (Continued on page no.2)
